My Story
Designing at the edge of art, technology, and business.
I'm Julian Perkins — a designer and developer with a deep interest in how things get made. I've been drawn to the intersections: where a brand becomes a story, where a web page becomes an experience, and where a business model supports a creative vision.
I'm currently studying at USC's Iovine & Young Academy, pursuing a BS in Arts, Technology, and the Business of Innovation. The program has sharpened how I think about design not just as aesthetics, but as strategy.
Outside of screens, you'll find me producing music, sketching in a notebook, or staying up too late reading about fashion and visual culture.

Interdisciplinary coursework spanning design principles, front-end development, business strategy, and design thinking. Currently completing courses in design strategy and innovation.
Design Intern
Civitas Commercial Real Estate Services
Contributed to brand identity work including logo refinements and updated color systems. Created mockups and presentation decks used in high-profile client meetings, and participated in live brainstorming sessions.
Freelance Designer
Self-Employed
Partnered with small businesses and early-stage startups to build brand identities and responsive websites. Managed projects end-to-end: from initial concept through final delivery.
